HXYD430 Oil-Electric Composite High-Speed Injection Molding Machine is specially designed for thin-walled products with short molding cycle and high-speed injection moulding on the basis of many years'experiments and research. Electric injection improves the injection performance of the machine qualitatively. The injection speed, acceleration and curve rigidity surpass the oil pressure injection in an all-round way. The optimized crankshaft connecting rod mechanism has a stable motion curve. Under the control of high response proportional directional valve and optimized computer program, the high-speed switching mode operates very smoothly. Mechanical parts are designed with high strength and have longer service life. Computer control uses CANbus and EtherCAT bus communication to achieve full digital control. Temperature control uses special control module, the accuracy can reach less than 1 degree. The energy-saving effect of the machine is in the leading position in the industry. It has the function of energy consumption monitoring, and can monitor the current energy consumption situation in real-time production.
